I photograph distance, and then I print it as carefully as I can.

My work moves between long trips into landscape and a small studio where abstract and still life studies get made. The subjects differ; the intent doesn't. I'm after the moment a place or a shape stops explaining itself and simply holds.

Files are prepared one at a time, at final print size, so tone and edge behave the way they should on the wall rather than on a screen. Prints are produced on 310gsm cotton rag and textured rag papers with pigment inks, then framed by hand in oak, black ash or maple.

Because everything is made to order, there is no warehouse and no leftover stock — your print is produced after you choose its size and finish, and shipped directly to you.

Commissions, exhibition enquiries and interior projects are welcome. Larger or custom formats can usually be produced on request.
